Farmingro Green Thumb Process
Step 1
Import of Seeds
High-quality and international standard seeds are used for all crops at Farmingro. They give high yield, retain the nutrients and are more resilient.
Step 2
Seed germination in Oasis Cubes
The seeds are planted in Oasis cubes for a period of 7 days in a temperature and humidity controlled and exceedingly hygienic environment.
Step 3
Transfer to NFT system
Once the saplings reach a re-plantable size, they are transferred to the NFT or Nutrient film technique System. In the NFT system, a pump is used to distribute water in the grow tray and another pipe for recycling the nutrient solution. The plant roots that hang down the channel absorb the nutrients from the shallow film of the nutrient solution that flows underneath it.
Step 4
Nutrient Infusion
Nutrition is pumped through water in a fully automated set, temperature and humidity controlled environment. Sixteen essential nutrients are dissolved in the water and slowly introduced into the grow grays.
Step 5
Harvest
The crops are harvested after the plants grow over a period of 35 days and attain a weight of to a weight of 250 grams.
Step 6
Order & Delivery
The harvested crops are packed into weighed and packed into requested quantities and sent out for delivery.
